The Youyuu-Roshintouryuu also known as the 'Molten Core sword Style' is a unique form of offensive sword play that is incredibly deadly due to its usage of the lava release bloodline and element. The Molten core Sword style is a form that focuses purely on offence as well as speed and strength. The style while abandoning defence only when it comes to blocking and parrying places all its strength into taking the offensive and for good reason. The Youyuu-Roshintouryuu is best utilised with the yoton or lava release as it utilises the combination of fire and earth to coat a chakra conductive blade in a thick layer of lava or molten rock. The blade used must be able to conduct chakra and withstand the raw heat of the lava bloodline to use it effectively.
By encasing the blade in lava it is then utilised in a various number of sword stances which uses the lava to eat/melt through anything it comes in contact. The lava can be expelled upon contact letting it flow forth to melt a larger radius. It is especially deadly against flesh and blood opponents as the lava will not only burn upon contact but flow forth and should it flow into the body will melt away from the inside out. Each stance and technique is labelled ad Funka or Eruption.
The Youyuu-Roshintouryuu's first three stances can be utilised without the lava release bloodline but are no where near effective when utilised with the lava release as such the first three stances can be taught to anyone.
Name: Youyuu-Roshintouryuu: Ichiban no Funka: Nami (Molten Core Sword Style: First Eruption: Wave)
Classification: Weaponry
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0~5m)
Hand seals:
Requirements: Yoton, learn from creator
The Nami of Wave is the first stance of the Youyuu-Roshintouryuu as such is called the first eruption. The Nami has two forms in which can be used one for users of the lava release and one for non users of the lava release. Without the lava release bloodline the user will fall into a basic battojutsu stance and grip the tsuka of their blood. The user will kick forth with the right or left foot depending on their prefered side and lung at the toward. The user will draw their blade throwing their saya or scabbard forth at the target to distract them followed up by a swing of their sword on a wide horizontal arc.
When using the lava release bloodline the user falls into a battojutsu stance. The user will then as they begin to draw their blade channel their lava nature chakra into it. lava will pour out from the hilt of the sword encasing it in a thick layer of lava. The user will slash their molten coated blade releasing a thin line of molten rock that flows through the air to burn through flesh, wood, clothing and metal. Due to the stream of lava only be an inch thick it can only cause first degree burning, but the molten rock and cause material to become alight with fire
Name:Youyuu-Roshintoury: Niban no Funka: Kanketsusen (Molten Core Sword Style: Second Eruption: Geyser)
Classification: Weaponry
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0~5m)
Hand seals:
Requirements: Yoton, learn from creator
The Kanketsusen or Geyser is labelled as the second eruption of the Youyuu-Roshintouryuu. Like the Nami the Kanketsusen has two forms in which can be used one for users of the lava release and one for non users of the lava release. The user without the lava release will move forward in a zig zag and erratic pattern in an attempt to disorient the opponent and to prevent their movements from being hopefully predicted thanks to the erratic movements. When the user is only inches from their target they will jump upwards into the air gripping their sword with both hands holding it in a reverse grip so the blade points down with their feet. the user will aim to come down on their foe to impale the blade into their skull.
While the first part of the technique makes no sense, but when the user is capable of using the lava release they can bring out the second techniques full potential. During the fall the user will mould lava chakra into their sword to encase it in molten rock. When the blade impales the ground or even flesh the user releases the molten rock from the tip of the blade and expels outwards and upwards. Erupting upwards in front of the user will be a eight inch thick two foot high geyser of lava, designed that should the opponent dodge by stepping back the geyser will encase them in lava. The molten rock is hot enough to cause third degree burning and scaring.
Name: Youyuu-Roshintouryuu: Sanban no Funka: Nagare (Molten Core Sword Style: Third Eruption: Flow)
Classification: Weaponry
Type: Offensive
Range: Close (0~5m)
Hand seals:
Requirements: Yoton, learn from creator
The Nagare or flow is the third stance of the Youyuu-Roshintouryuu and the last stance that can be used by non lava release users. The Nagare is a simply a rush forward with a thrust. The user will charge forth gripping their blade with one hand and thrusting it forward with the intent to impale their target on its edge. The user with their free hand will then deliver a swift punch to the end of their swords handle in order to force it forward with extra piercing strength.
Much like the Kanketsusen the Nagare's name does not fit its form. When the user is capable of using lava release is the true form of the stance released. The user will channel their lava nature into the blade encasing it in a thick layer of molten rock and thrust the blade forth. The lava allows the blade to pierce and burn through what it comes in contact with. The moment the blade pierces an object or the target the user will expel the molten rock from their blade causing it to flow forth like a small jet of water through the pierced wound allowing lava to flow forth burning through the target creating a nice hole.
