When making custom jutsu, please take these rules into consideration:
JUTSU TEMPLATE
- Use the template provided.
- The jutsu descriptions should not be personal. Thus, instead of writing the user's name, simply refer to the jutsu user as "the user".
- Custom jutsu 5 posts extra to learn, as they must be created from scratch. However, if taught to another, it will take the normal amount of time for that person.
- You can choose to make custom jutsu universal. This means they will be placed in the Jutsu library, or under the clan in which they would fall under. This bypasses the "5 post extra to learn" rule, but makes your jutsu available for everyone.
