PERSONALITY
The one deeming quality of his, is the fact that he strives to maintain order throughout his village no matter the cost, even breaking many laws and rules. Due to this almost psychotic obsession, he has shown aggression towards those who appear to harm Konohagakure.
His favorite activities include meditating and training. However, he has shown interest in strategic games such as Shogi. His favorite foods include teppan-yaki beef and extremely spicy foods which seems to have no effect on him. In his free time, he enjoys playing Shogi and drinking tea with his Uncle.
On missions, he shows the utmost efficiency and respect towards his teammates. However, they often complain about his lack of apathy towards killing. Due to this, he prefers to perform assassination missions alone. One deeming characteristic of his is also his lack of sleep, bordering on insomniac levels.
APPEARANCE AND ATTIRE
Often said to be very handsome, Ryūjin appears to be very masculine despite his long hair. He has long black hair which drapes across his neck along with bangs which reach down the center of his face. He has black eyes, fair skin, and soft features similar to other Uchiha. However, his facial features are offset by his masculine body. He stands at 6'2" with a wiry and muscular build at 190 lbs. One defining quality of his face are his black eye bags underneath his eyes due to sleep deprivation.
He typically dons a traditional white kimono shirt with dark blue pants. However, underneath this is a large handkerchief with the kanji for 'Fire'. He also wears forearm guards and seals for his kunai and shuriken, as well as other weaponry. Behind him, he carries a katana with the Konohagakure symbol engraved on the end of the sheath.

HISTORY
Born during a period of strife within the Uchiha clan, Ryūjin was raised as a shinobi ever since his birth. He is one of the two brothers born, the other being Hoori Uchiha. Hoori was four years his elder and was also trained to be a shinobi. His parents were ordinary members of the clan, being the owners of a bakery rather than shinobi themselves. However, they sensed that their two sons were destined to do greatness some day.
Ryūjin was considered to be a prodigy ever since birth, having shown skills in all jutsu areas at the age of two. At the age of six, he would face his first real battle alongside his ten year old brother. The battle was bloody and arduous but eventually, the Uchiha were victorious. During this battle, Ryūjin demonstrated his tact and prowess while repeatedly saving Hoori. This would create a sense of rivalry between the brothers with Ryūjin being praised as a genius and Hoori as a lackey.
During an A-rank assasination mission for the clan, he was notified of a small raid of the Uchiha clan. Determined to finish the mission he was assigned, he ignored the information and finished the assignment. He would later come home to find his family slaughtered and dead with the exception of Hoori who was struggling to talk. Hoori's last words were, "...Why didn't you help us..."
This event would traumatize Ryūjin and would create the apathetic personality which he has today. He would also unlock his sharingan after this event. He blames himself for being weak and unable to protect his family and dedicated his life towards the eradication of injustice.
At age 12, he would leave the Uchiha and travel the world, trying to discover his own personal self-worth. Here, he would master various jutsu as well as learn the art of Iaido, a deadly kenjutsu. He would later return to the Uchiha clan, now part of Konohagakure at age 14. With a fully developed sharingan, he was praised for demonstrating such talent at a young age. Konohagakure welcomed the young boy with open arms and promoted him to Chuunin. However, his talent and efficiency during missions allowed him to be promoted to Jounin level. Now, as a shinobi of Konohagakure, he wishes to promote justice and piece and prevent children from suffering the same hardships that has happened to him.
