OBORO
The Oboro clan hails from Kumogakure no Sato. A lesser known clan, its members have mastered the use of 2 elemental affinities in Fuuton and Suiton, using these two elements to create clouds that they use to fight with.
A relatively old clan, the Oboro have lived in Kaminari no Kuni for their entire existence. Over time, they have perfected the use of their Kekkei Genkai, and are now feared as one of the strongest clans in the Lightning Country. While shinobi battling with clouds may not seem that threatening, the shinobi who use clouds have become extremely efficient with them.
During the warring period, the Oboro clan only fought with other clans in defense of their land. Partially due to this state of mind, they saw what the Senju and Uchiha had created in Konohagakure and liked the idea, to the extent that they reached out to the surrounding clans in the Lightning Country to create Kumogakure no Sato.
Kekkei Genkai/Traits
Cloud Release (Kumoton) allows the user to combine wind and water-based chakra in very specific ways to create clouds. These clouds can then be used in combat. Because of this ability, Oboro clan members always have wind and water as their initial natures, and may start with either one, even at Genin level. Very advanced members of the Oboro clan may also have Lightning natures to add to their Kumoton, creating even stronger jutsu.

Requirements: Wind and Water Affinities
This technique enables the user to create several rainclouds directly above them. These clouds then spill rain forth onto the surrounding area, dulling the power of fire techniques in the radius of the clouds. The user can control the movement of these clouds using their chakra.

Requirements: Wind and Water Affinities
This technique enables the user to create a cloud solid enough for them to sit or stand on. They can then control where the cloud goes using their chakra, allowing them to ride the cloud and travel anywhere very swiftly. This technique is a good way to catch up to retreating enemies, or to allow the retreat of the shinobi.

Requirements: Wind and Water affinities
This technique enables the user to combine their Wind and Water affinities to create clouds over the battlefield. These clouds then begin to hail down onto the battlefield. The size and density of the hail is dependent on the skill of the jutsu user, and more skilled users can harm entire armies using this jutsu.

Requirements: Wind and Water affinities
This technique enables the jutsu user to create a cloud that hangs right around the battlefield, creating a dense fog. This fog impairs the vision of those inside it, and those outside of the jutsu's range cannot see into it. The jutsu user laces the fog with their chakra in order feel the location of those inside of the fog's range.
B-RANK:

Similar to the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, the user creates solid clones made of cloud. The user distributes their chakra evenly among the clones, and can control the density of the cloud they are made of. The denser the Kumo Bunshin, the more visible they will be, and they will be hit by physical attacks. The less dense they are, the more transparent they are, and physical attacks will phase right through them. At any point they can be dispersed by the jutsu user, or by being hit with chakra based attacks.

Requirements: Wind, Water, and Lightning affinities
Like Rainstorm Jutsu, the user creates several large clouds over the battlefield. With this jutsu, the user also laces lightning chakra into the clouds, and a great storm rains down in the area directly under the battlefield. This jutsu is capable of great devastation to everything directly under it, with heavy rain slowing the enemy down and slightly impairing their senses, and lightning bolts striking in several areas under the clouds at once.
